Privacy Policy

Ad Lens is a product of GetPaidLens Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, with offices in Toronto, Ontario. We can be reached at admin@getpaidlens.com.

• Account information: your name and email address.
• OAuth tokens from Google and Microsoft, used solely to read ad account data on your behalf.
• Ad account data from connected platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads). This is read-only — we never modify campaigns.
• Usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 (pageviews, feature interactions, performance).

Data is stored in Supabase (US East region). The Ask AI feature sends relevant campaign data to Anthropic for processing when you ask a question. No data is sent to Anthropic outside of that explicit interaction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or ad data to third parties. Ever.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@getpaidlens.com. We honour deletion requests within 30 days.

We comply with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, Canada) and the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).

We use cookies only for Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

We rely on the following processors to deliver the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — Ask AI feature
• Google Analytics — usage analytics
