Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Paid Lens platform (“Service”) provided by Paid Lens Inc. (“Paid Lens”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Paid Lens is an AI decision intelligence platform for performance marketing. It connects on a read-only basis to your marketing and revenue sources (including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, GA4 and Stripe), reconciles them into one model, computes multi-model attribution, and produces ranked recommendations with the evidence and confidence behind each one. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Plans

The Service is offered on three self-serve plans — Growth, Pro and Agency — plus a custom Enterprise plan. Self-serve list pricing is USD $149, USD $349 and USD $499 per month, billed monthly, with unlimited team members and unlimited connected data sources on every plan. Growth includes one workspace; Pro adds performance planning and forecasting; Agency includes up to 15 workspaces. Plan capabilities, and any features labelled Beta or Coming Soon, are published at getpaidlens.com/pricing; features labelled Coming Soon are not part of the Service and are not included in any plan. The Service is currently available by invitation through a private beta programme: access is granted after an application review, no self-serve signup or trial is offered, and no fees are charged to beta participants. The plan pricing above describes the commercial plans that will apply at general availability. Annual billing will be available on request.

3.2 Billing

Once commercial plans become available, subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually in advance, according to the term selected at checkout, and billing will be processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. No payment method is collected during the private beta. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Your Data and Ad Account Access

You grant Paid Lens read-only access to your connected ad accounts solely to provide the Service. We do not write to, modify, pause, or manage your ad campaigns. You may disconnect any ad account at any time from your account settings.

You represent that you have the right and authority to grant us access to the ad accounts you connect. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of your ad platform accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to benchmark competitors without explicit consent
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features (“Ask AI”, campaign signals, ad copy generation) powered by the Anthropic Claude API. These features are provided as analytical tools. Paid Lens makes reasonable efforts to ensure AI outputs are grounded in your actual campaign data. However:

• AI outputs are for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, marketing, or business advice
• You are responsible for verifying AI-generated insights before acting on them
• Paid Lens is not liable for business decisions made based on AI outputs

7. Accuracy of Attribution Data

Paid Lens computes attribution models from data provided by third-party ad platforms via their APIs. The accuracy of our outputs depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of data provided by those platforms. We make no warranty that attribution data will match figures reported directly by ad platforms, which may use different methodologies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, attribution models, and AI features, is the intellectual property of Paid Lens Inc. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of your ad data and any business data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Service, and to use such information only for the purposes of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ATTRIBUTION OUTPUTS WILL BE IDENTICAL TO THOSE OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAID LENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paid Lens and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days advance notice of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
