The AI Analyst queries a scoped view of your workspace. It has no access to other customers' data, and your data is never used to train third-party models.
Boundaries
- Scoped to the workspace and, for agencies, to the single client you are viewing.
- Respects per-user roles: a read-only member cannot surface data they cannot see in the UI.
- PII fields from CRM are hashed before they reach the query layer.
Retention
Conversation history is retained for 90 days so you can revisit past answers, then deleted. Workspace owners can shorten this or disable history entirely.
